Frequently Asked Questions
Does safety footwear contain metal?
Most of our safety footwear models feature a composite toe cap (metal-free), making them lighter and suitable for airport and hospital security checks. We clearly indicate this on each product page.
What regulations must safety work shoes comply with?
Safety footwear approved in Spain must comply with standard EN ISO 20345 (S1, S2, S3) as Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Work footwear without toe caps follows standard EN ISO 20347. For each product, we indicate the category and protection level.
Does work footwear size the same as regular footwear?
In general, we recommend ordering your usual size. However, if you have wide feet or spend many hours standing, you may want to go up half a size. We include a detailed size guide with each product, and our customer service team can advise you before you place your order.
How long does shipping take and what is the cost?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM are shipped the same business day. Standard delivery time is 24 to 48 hours for the Peninsula. For the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, the delivery time can be 3 to 5 days. Check the free shipping conditions applicable to your order.
Can I return the footwear if it doesn't fit?
Yes. We accept returns within 30 days of receiving the order, provided that the footwear has not been used and retains its original packaging. The return process is free of charge. You can initiate the return from your customer area.
Is hospitality footwear different from industrial safety footwear?
Yes. Hospitality footwear is primarily designed to resist splashes, be non-slip on wet surfaces, and offer maximum comfort during long shifts. It does not always include protective toe caps. Industrial safety footwear includes protection against impacts, crushing, and, depending on the model, electrical or anti-static hazards.
Is there specific work footwear for women?
Yes. We have models designed specifically for women's feet, with a narrower last and different fit. We also have adaptable unisex models. You can filter by gender in our catalog.
Do you offer discounts for businesses or bulk orders?
Yes. We have special conditions for companies, freelancers, and purchases of more than X units. Contact our sales team via the business form or write to us at [email] to receive a customized proposal.
