Can I cancel my order?
It is not possible to cancel or modify an order once it has been processed. You must wait for it to arrive at its destination and then proceed with a return.
Can I apply a discount coupon to any item on the website?
No, coupons are only applicable to models or products that are not discounted.
How much are the shipping costs?
- Spain (mainland) and Portugal: €2.95–€4.50, and free from €100/€120.
- Balearic Islands: €5.95–€6.95.
- Canary Islands: from €24.95.
- France: FREE.
- Rest of Europe: €9.95.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders placed from 23 December 2025 at 14:00 onwards will be processed from 30 December 2025, the date on which they will start leaving our warehouses again.
Spain (mainland): estimated delivery between 24h and 72h on working days (except during the Christmas 2025 holiday period). International: 2–5 working days. Some items may have different shipping conditions; in that case, this will be indicated on the product page.
During periods of high order volume at Suecos (from 01/06 to 31/07 of any season), orders may be delayed by 5 to 7 working days.
