Do you restock out of stock items?

If an item is out of stock, please contact our Customer Service Department by emailing so that we can take note of your email and inform you as soon as it becomes available.

How can I know the status of my order?

You will receive an email for each status of your order, from order confirmation to shipment.

Can I modify my order?

Yes, from the shopping cart you can edit the sizes or delete products, as long as you have not yet proceeded to checkout.

What should I do if I receive an incorrect product?

Each product undergoes a rigorous quality control before being shipped. In the event that you receive a defective product or one that has deteriorated during shipment, please contact our Customer Service Department by emailing



How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery times for mainland Spain, Balearic Islands and Andorra are 1 to 3 working days.

How much are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs for orders over 59€ are free of charge.

How will my order be delivered?

We will send you a confirmation e-mail, once the order has left our warehouse, with the shipping information, so you can track your order.



How can I return a product?

Returns have a cost of 2,99€. Suecos® will arrange the pick up of the product and refund the corresponding amount once it passes quality control when it arrives at the warehouse. Please see detailed information on how to return a product in our Returns and Exchanges section.

How can I change size or model?

The first size or model exchange is free of charge. Suecos® will arrange for the collection of the product and delivery of the new pair. The product to be exchanged must be in perfect condition. Please see detailed information on how to exchange a product in our Returns and Exchanges section.

What is the deadline for an exchange or return?

Orders placed through can be exchanged or returned without specifying the reason, within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. The returned product must be in perfect condition, in its original box.

What is the cost of the exchange or return?

The shipping costs for size or model changes are free of charge for the first exchange. For second exchanges, the cost is 2,99€ each way in mainland Spain, 4,99€ each way in Balearic Islands.

When will I receive the amount of my return?

After picking up the package and delivery of this in our warehouse will go through a quality control where it will be checked that the product has arrived in perfect condition to our facilities, once you pass this control will proceed to the payment.

This process can take approximately 5-7 days and it is very important that you follow the instructions that will be given by email so that this process is not delayed.

The credit card payment always depends on your bank. SUECOS FOOTWEAR, S.L.U. reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent after the deadline, or products that are not in the same condition in which they were received.


What payment method can I use to make my purchase?

How long will my new pair of Suecos® last?

The lifespan of professional footwear is related to the conditions of use and the quality of maintenance. A regular check should be made to ensure that we are wearing the footwear in the correct condition during our day. If it is in a poor condition (e.g.: torn or unrelieved sole), we recommend, for your safety, to stop using it and replace it with a new pair.

How should I care for my Suecos®?

All footwear should be kept clean and dry when not in use.

To clean, simply hand wash with warm water and soap, air dry or dry with a chamois.

It is essential to wash the sole of the footwear at the end of each working day, so that dirt does not adhere to the sole, causing slippage and loss of traction of the SRA/SRB/SRC anti-slip rubber.

Do not machine wash.

Do not expose to temperatures above 50ºC, nor place next to a heat source as they could deform and lose their characteristics.

Can the Suecos® be sterilized?

Suecos® can be disinfected with chlorine.

What size should I choose?

We recommend using your usual size. The material of which our Suecos® are made, adapts to the foot after a couple of uses.

From the year 2020 onwards, all sizes of our products manufactured after this date comply with the following measurements.

Will my foot sweat and smell when I wear Suecos®?

Foot sweating is a natural occurrence, regardless of the type of footwear used. As a hygienic measure, your feet should be washed every day and we recommend wearing socks and changing them daily, even more than once a day. Our innovative X-Cell™ material, made from EVA, significantly reduces the occurrence of bacteria and fungi, which cause odor.

What are Suecos® clogs made of?

Our clogs are made EVA material, which is a type of latex-free synthetic rubber. It is soft, waterproof, ultra-lightweight, anti-bacterial, absorbs shock to the foot and conforms easily to the foot.

Is there a replacement for the straps and buttons of my Suecos® clogs?

In the event that the straps break or the buttons fall off, we will send you a replacement, free of charge. Please contact our Customer Service Department at and let us know the clog model and size, how many straps and buttons you need and the delivery address.
