Returns & Exchanges

PRODUCT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Orders placed through www.suecos.es can be exchanged or returned without specifying the reason, within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. The returned product must be in perfect condition, in its original box.

Shipping costs for size exchanges are free of charge.

Returns have a cost of 2,99 € per pair in mainland Spain, and 4,99 € per pair in Balearic Islands.

If the return is outside Spain the cost is 8.99 €.

Suecos® is in charge of processing the return, as well as the change of size or model.

SUECOS FOOTWEAR, S.L.U. reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent after the deadline, or products that are not in the same condition in which they were received.

 

How to process a Return/Exchange

1. Sign in and log in to your account.

2. Click on Returned Products: You can find it on the right side of the order you want to Return/Exchange.

3. Select the quantity to Return/Exchange and fill out the form indicating Reason, Action and Comments if you need to specify a size or any comments to facilitate the process.

4. Send the form

Within 24 hours you will receive an email with the response to your request and instructions on how to proceed.

 

How to prepare a package for Return/Exchange

The order must be in perfect condition and the box must be placed in a bag with the company name "Suecos" on the outside.

Refund

After picking up the order and passing the quality control in our warehouse, our team will make the refund.

This process may take 7-10 days.
